Who we are

Samarth Examination Services is organised as a specialist testing-facilitation agency. National organisations such as the National Testing Agency set the public benchmark for research-based, valid, reliable and transparent assessments. Samarth applies the same professional discipline when a government department, university, recruitment board or academic body engages us to conduct its own examination — without claiming to be NTA, CBSE or any statutory commission.

Operating from New Delhi, we combine process governance with technology-enabled delivery for computer-based tests and centre-based pen-and-paper / OMR examinations. Confidentiality, candidate dignity and audit-ready records are treated as non-negotiable.

Objectives

• Deliver CBT and offline examinations that are fair, efficient and error-controlled.
• Maintain a verified testing-centre network with documented infrastructure (nodes, power, CCTV, accessibility).
• Publish public notices, correction windows, city intimations and result-related circulars on this portal.
• Support PwD candidates, scribes and accessible exam arrangements in line with applicable guidelines.
• Protect the examination against impersonation, paper leakage, fake documents and unofficial result claims.

Functions

Typical functions of an examination conducting body, as practised by Samarth for client examinations, include:

• Registration and profile management (one-time capture of identity and contact, similar in spirit to OTR systems such as e-Pariksha OTR).
• Application processing, correction windows and fee reconciliation as authorised by the client.
• Centre mapping, shift planning and admit-card generation.
• Exam-day operations: reporting, frisking protocols, invigilation, biometric attendance and CCTV.
• Post-exam work: response capture, provisional key challenge windows, finalisation support and result processing under client SOPs.
• Public information: notices, FAQs, helpdesk routing and grievance recording through this website.

Centre supervision

This portal is used to register CBT centres, verify infrastructure and supervise centres for computer-based examinations. Officers on the Control Room dashboard approve, raise deficiencies and schedule inspections.
